Privacy Policy

1. The short version

ITCubicle apps are built to keep your data on your device. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not embed third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in our apps. This policy covers itcubicle.com, timeverter.com, the Timeverter apps and KeyboardLock.

2. What we collect

Purchases: when you buy directly, our payment provider processes your payment and gives us your email address, the product bought, and the country used for tax. We keep that to issue your licence, honour refunds, and meet accounting obligations.

Support: if you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and follow up.

Websites: our sites use privacy-respecting aggregate statistics — page counts and referrers with no cookies and no cross-site identifiers. Nothing there identifies you.

Apps: your app data — Timeverter's saved cities and preferences, KeyboardLock's shortcuts and settings — is stored on your device, and synced through your own iCloud account where you enable it. We cannot read it.

3. What we never collect

We do not collect contacts, location, browsing history, advertising identifiers or keystrokes. KeyboardLock blocks input at the system level; it does not record, log or transmit anything you type.

4. Who else is involved

A small number of processors act on our behalf: a payment provider for purchases, an email provider for support and licence delivery, and a hosting provider for the sites. Apple and Google handle purchases made in their stores under their own privacy policies. None of them receive your data for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires — usually seven years. Support email is kept for two years, then deleted. Aggregate site statistics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within thirty days. Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA applies to you, those rights apply in full and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
