1. Who you are agreeing with

These Terms govern your use of every product published by ITCubicle — the websites itcubicle.com and timeverter.com, the Timeverter apps for web, Android and iOS, the KeyboardLock app for macOS, and any product released later under the ITCubicle name. Where a product is distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms apply alongside these, and where the two conflict for that copy of the app, the store's terms take precedence.

By downloading, buying or using any of these products you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the products.

2. Your licence

Each ITCubicle product is licensed to you, not sold. A direct purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. Free products are licensed on the same basis for as long as they remain available.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, remove or alter licence checks and notices, or reverse-engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Payment, updates and refunds

Direct purchases are one-time payments processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout excludes any tax that applies in your country unless stated otherwise. A purchase includes updates within the same major version.

You may request a refund within 14 days of a direct purchase, for any reason, by writing to hello@itcubicle.com. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded under that store's policy, not this one.

4. Acceptable use

Use the products lawfully. Do not use them to interfere with anyone else's systems, to circumvent security controls on a device you do not control, or in any way that breaks the law where you are. We may suspend a licence that is being used in breach of this section.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the sites and services available, but they are provided as they are. Features may change, and a product may be discontinued; if a paid product is discontinued you keep the version you bought, and it will continue to work for as long as your operating system supports it.

6. Warranties and liability

The products are provided without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITCubicle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted with a new revision date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the products after that date means you accept the revision.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ITCubicle is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to hello@itcubicle.com.
